Installation and use
- The heater should be installed in a water radiator (standalone or connected to a central heating system), whose construction (build and dimensions) allows for its installation and has an appropriate place for heater mounting,
- The heater should be installed in rooms where the temperature is not lower than 5°C and not higher than 40°C,
- Safety requirements specify the permissible location and distance from wet areas, including washbasins, showers, bathtubs (electric heaters can only be installed in the III protection zone, i.e., at a distance of at least 60 cm from wet areas). It is unacceptable to install heaters in radiators that are installed over a bathtub or in a shower cabin,
- The heater must not be installed in tanks made of stainless steel.
- Heating and electrical installation should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, have an effective protective circuit, an overcurrent circuit breaker, and a residual current device (30mA),
- The heater casing must not be covered, obstructed or thermally insulated,
- It is unacceptable to load the regulator casing with any objects,
- The construction of the radiator should allow for collision-free installation of the heating element in the radiator,
- The heating element must not touch the internal parts of the radiator,
- The diameter of the connection port should be consistent with the thread dimensions of the heating element (the use of reductions is permitted),
- The depth (length) of the connection port (sleeve) must be shorter than the length of the dead zone of the heating element (25mm),
- Install in the lower part of the radiator in a vertical position (heating element upwards) only in the place designated for this by the radiator manufacturer, maintaining space for proper circulation of the heating medium.
- The heater is an electrical heating device and is only a component of the heater,
- All assembly and disassembly work should be carried out with the power supply disconnected,
- The power of the heater installed in the radiator must not be greater than the heating power of the radiator given at parameters (75/65/20)°C. The heating power of the radiator is specified by the radiator manufacturer for water temperature parameters t = 75 °C (supply), t = 65 °C (return), and air temperature t = 20 °C,
- A radiator connected to central heating in which an electric heater is to be installed must be equipped with shut-off valves to allow the assembly/disassembly of the heater without interfering with the entire central heating system,
- A radiator connected to central heating with an installed heater cannot be completely cut off from the central heating system (both valves must not be closed at the same time - water that will expand under the influence of increased temperature must be able to increase its volume),
- In a radiator not connected to central heating, leave 5-8% free space (water that will expand under the influence of increased temperature must be able to increase its volume),
- The heater should be sealed with the included rubber washer (recommended) or other available sealing means at the installation site,
- The position of the casing should provide easy access to the knob (in the case of an unfavorable heater position, it can be additionally sealed with, for example, teflon tape),
- The heater should be tightened \"with feel\" using an appropriate wrench (do not screw in by the casing). Do not rotate the thermostat by 180° relative to the heating element,
- After installing the heater, the radiator should be filled with water, the installation vented, and then the tightness of the hydraulic connection at the heater mounting site should be checked,
- In case of lack of connection tightness, empty the radiator, re-seal the connection, and then repeat the steps,
- Connect to power only after filling the radiator with water, completely immersing the heating element in water, and venting,
- Do not switch on without water (it can cause permanent damage to the heating element),
- Set the required water temperature using the knob,
- Do not bend the heating element,
- During installation, avoid flooding the casing of the electrical module, as this may cause a short circuit in the electrical system or electric shock.
The signaling LED informs the user about the heater's operating status. The LED lighting up means the heater is working.The temperature setting is adjusted manually using the knob in the MIN - MAX range (13-65 °C).The controller maintains the set water temperature in the radiator (below the set temperature, the controller turns on the heating device, and turns it off after reaching the set temperature). The heater is not equipped with a room temperature regulator.
- All assembly and disassembly work should be carried out with the power supply disconnected,
- It is forbidden to use the device if the installation does not have a protective circuit,
- It is forbidden to use a faulty device,
- It is forbidden to dismantle and make independent changes or repairs to the device,
- Do not allow the casing (electronic thermostat) to be flooded,
- It is forbidden to turn on the module to the electric power supply if the radiator is empty or the heating element is not completely immersed in water,
- It is forbidden to install the heating module in devices with another heat source exceeding the maximum thermostat temperature,
- It is forbidden to clean the heating elements with strong chemicals or sharp tools,
- In case of faulty heater operation or damage to the power cord / plug, disconnect the power cord from the socket and contact the Seller or Manufacturer (the heater is not suitable for use),
- The power cord must not touch the hot parts of the heater or radiator,
- Periodic cleaning of heating elements from accumulated deposits is required. The frequency of cleaning depends on the water hardness in the given installation,
- It is advisable to periodically control the device's operation and check the correct operation of the heater and the plug with a protective pin,
- In order to completely disconnect the power, remove the plug from the socket,
- Do not switch on without water - the condition for correct and long-term operation of the heater is full immersion of the heating element in water (check if the tank in which the heater is installed is completely filled with water and the entire heating element is immersed in it), a brief turning on of a cold heater in the open air for no more than 2 seconds is permitted,

Operation not in accordance with the instructions (for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer) and repairs by unauthorized persons may cause failure and loss of warranty.
The device is not a toy and is not intended for use by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or mental ability, or persons without experience or knowledge of the equipment, unless it takes place under supervision or in accordance with the instructions for using the equipment, provided by persons responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the equipment.
Any maintenance work on the device should be carried out with the power supply disconnected.
Zabrudzone powierzchnie zewnętrzne należy czyścić wilgotną ściereczką z dodatkiem łagodnych środków czyszczących do tego przeznaczonych. Nie należy czyścić grzałki silnymi środkami chemicznymi, a także przy użyciu ostrych narzędzi. Bezwzględnie unikać zamoczenia obudowy.

- Resulting from the action of prohibited chemicals,
- Caused by use, transport, storage, or cleaning of the heating element not in accordance with the operating manual,
- Resulting from using the heating element contrary to generally accepted rules for using electrical heating elements,
- Caused by scale contamination of the heating element or scale removal with chemicals not intended for this purpose,
- Resulting from the operation of the heating element in environments other than water, e.g., in acid, air, etc. (the use of transformer oil or antifreeze fluids based on glycol is permitted),
- Resulting from random events, modifications, changes, repairs made in any way by an entity other than the Guarantor,
- Finding interference in any part of the heating element, e.g., opening the thermostat casing, etc.,
- Incomplete immersion of the heating element in water (it cannot work in air),
- The manufacturer is not responsible for the malfunction of the device or its damage resulting from voltage instability in the network, including that caused by external sources of electricity, e.g., photovoltaics.
