1. Inquiry
At the beginning of cooperation, we ask for basic information that will allow us to prepare an appropriate offer. Key aspects are planned order volumes and their frequency.
In addition, we ask for a brief description of the company's business profile: whether you operate in a wholesale model, e-commerce, as an installer or a stationary store.
Our commercial terms, including price levels, depend on the order volume – the greater the regularity and quantity of orders, the more competitive the offer.
2. Analysis
After receiving the inquiry, we analyze the information provided, logistics requirements or other relevant aspects of cooperation – if necessary – we supplement them with additional questions to precisely match the offer to the partner's needs. Then, we prepare an individual commercial offer.
3. Acceptance of conditions
After acceptance of the presented commercial terms, we expect an order from the customer.
4. Order
The order is placed by the customer in accordance with the previously agreed terms by email. After receiving it, we confirm receipt and pass it on for execution.
5. Execution
We process most orders within 1 business day. Heaters are safely packed, and before shipment, each batch undergoes quality and quantity control as well as compliance with the order.
We have a fully stocked warehouse, which allows us to ensure timeliness and continuity of deliveries.
