What does the complaint process look like?<\/h2>\n\n\n

If any technical defects (malfunctions) are detected during the warranty period, a complaint may be submitted at the place of purchase or by contacting us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Please submit complaint claims by email to serwis@volux.pl<\/a>.
To ensure efficient processing of your complaint, please include the following information in your message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Product information<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • Power:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Thread:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Model (e.g. from the invoice or receipt):<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Type of radiator or tank in which the heating element was used:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Description of the defect<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Please provide as detailed a description of the issue as possible. It is helpful to include, in particular: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • whether the indicator light is on,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • whether the heating element heats up,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • whether the product is leaking or does not switch off,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • whether the defect caused the fuse or circuit breaker in the electrical installation to trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Photographic documentation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Please attach photos showing the fault, which will allow us to carry out a preliminary assessment of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After receiving all of the above information, a member of our service team will contact you promptly to clarify and resolve the issue.
