These defects will be remedied in accordance with the rules set out in this warranty by repairing the device, replacing it, or refunding the purchase price of the goods. The method of warranty fulfillment is decided by the Guarantor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">Repair Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">Defects in the product revealed during the warranty period will be remedied free of charge within 14 business days from the date the complaint is deemed justified. In particularly justified cases, the repair time limit may be extended by the period necessary to fulfill the warranty obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">Warranty Exclusions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0\">The warranty does not cover damage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:0;padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mechanical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caused by the use of prohibited chemical agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caused by use, transport, storage, keeping or cleaning of the heating element contrary to the operating instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resulting from use contrary to the generally accepted rules of use for electric heating elements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caused by scale contamination of the heating element or by descaling using chemical agents not intended for this purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resulting from operating the heating element in environments other than water, e.g. in acid, oil, air, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arising from random events, modifications, alterations, repairs performed in any way by an entity other than the Guarantor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resulting from interference with any part of the heating element, e.g. opening the thermostat housing, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">Validity of the Warranty Card<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0\">The warranty card is valid only when proof of purchase is attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">Consumer Rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Consumer&#8217;s rights arising from the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Warranty Period The warranty is provided on the basis of proof of purchase for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
